Can you get out of bed

Sometimes it is all we can do to get out of bed and start our day. Sometimes a mediocre showing is all we can muster. Its important to notice when you need to "Aim low" , have low expectations of yourself. This is a vital part of self care. 

If this becomes the only thing you can do, you might need to examine your condition, you might have clinical depression or an existential crisis. The idea is to get yourself moving a little bit to build momentum, at which point you can start to use different , more active strategies.
